At Fixhome.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”), we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, securely, and reliably. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to shipping, returns, and exchanges for products purchased from us. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.
1. Shipping Options and Delivery Times
We partner with multiple trusted carriers to provide delivery:

UPS, Spee Dee, USPS, FedEx, and LTL Freight

Standard ground shipping typically delivers within 1–5 business days depending on your location.

LTL freight is used for oversized or bulk orders and delivery times vary based on the destination.
- Fixhome.com selects the carrier as best fits the order.
Note: Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays beyond our control.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are included in the price for the products. You will see an all-inclusive price as you enter your order and before you add an item to the cart.Â
3. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM Central Time are usually processed same day.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM CT, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the following business day.
4. Shipping Address Requirements
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number on the carrier’s website to follow your package.
6. Returns and Exchanges
6.1. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
6.2. Return Process
To start a return, contact us at sale@fixhome.com or (952) 230-7252 with your order details. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
6.3. Return Shipping Costs

For defective or incorrect items, we cover the return shipping costs.

For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund.
6.4. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
6.5. Exchanges
To exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement product.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us immediately at sale@fixhome.com or (952) 230-7252. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a replacement.
8. International Shipping
Currently, Fixhome.com ships only within the Continental United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
