Return Policy
To return a standard product for replacement or credit, you must initiate the process within 7 days of receipt. Please email your request to sales@fixhome.com, including your original PO number, to receive an RMA Return Merchandise Authorization. Print a copy of the RMA and place it in the box being returned back to Fixhome. The RMA will contain the return address to Fixhome. Be aware that a 20% restocking fee applies to each returned item for credit. For credit or replacement to be granted, items must be returned in their original condition.

Return Procedure:
- Request Return Authorization (RMA) from Fixhome. Upon confirmation of return eligibility, Fixhome will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization.
- Make one copy of the Return Authorization Form for each box you will be returning, and place it in the box with the item.
- Pack product being returned and ship back to Fixhome by the carrier of your choice at your cost. Contact the carrier to schedule a pick up.
- Packages will be picked-up at the location of purchaser’s choice.
- Make note of the tracking number supplied by carrier for proof of return.
- After the item is received and confirmed in NEW condition, a credit will be issued less the 20% restocking charge. Damage during return will void any credits or replacements.
To allow us to issue credit on a timely basis, please be sure to attach a copy of the Return Merchandise Authorization form to the returned product.
