FAQs About Decorative Window Grids

When you’re looking to give your home a new upgrade, there are many things you can do to make it look like new again. Decorative window grids can be ordered in many variations. They have a timeless appearance and have made custom grilles very popular among renovating homeowners. This FAQ will look at some questions our customers ask about ordering through our online store.

Do you offer accessories such as jamb extensions & trim kits?

Yes, additional accessories are available for all Accent Windows types; please see our Window Accessories page. 

Can I order wood or vinyl grilles painted?

We don’t offer painted grilles, but we have three finish options for wood grilles: natural unfinished woodgrain, pre-primed white, and pre-primed gray. 
Painting vinyl grilles is not recommended. Vinyl grilles painted a dark color can soften the material and cause warping.

Can I return the grilles if I don’t like them? 

Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns; all grille orders are custom and therefore non-returnable or refundable. We suggest ordering a sample first before purchasing in bulk.

How do I place an order?

Click on the image of the product you want to buy; if the product has multiple options select the options you want and click “Add to Cart.” When you’re finished, click on the shopping cart and follow the purchasing instructions. You can pay with a credit card or PayPal.  

Do you accept returns or offer refunds? 

If the item you ordered is custom, then we don’t accept returns or offer refunds. However, if the item isn’t custom and has not been installed, please feel free to proceed. Follow this link to our Return Policy page.

Shipping Questions

What if my products were damaged during shipping? 

If your package is delivered damaged, you should tell the delivery driver that you are refusing delivery due to damage and ask them to return to sender. If you find hidden damage, contact us in writing and send a photo of the damaged item and the packaging to assist us in the claim process. We will replace the damaged item at no charge.

How long until my order arrives?

Production times vary depending on the volume of orders received.
